Chicago Car & Limo Service provided to best service to my parents 50 year anniversary, I had told Chicago Car & Limo Service over the phone about my parents and this being a surprise, everything was so smooth, the limousine was impeccable clean, the bar was full with drinks, inside the limo smelled like an ocean and the driver was great, it was priceless to see my parents happy…thank you Chicago Car & Limo Service

It is so hard to find a reliable limousine service in Chicago, time to time they all fail , some try to make it up and some don’t even care, every time a limousine company masses up my order I have to call several times to get an answer at the end they will just give me a free ride, my close friend recommended Chicago Car & Limo Service and I tried it, it has been over 3 years and I am very happy, just one time they were late and the driver was in an accident, but I was notified 30 minutes before my pick up time, and the back up car was going to be 20 minutes late , I could not wait and half to take a taxi, right away I got an apology email and when I get back home in several days I had a letter from Chicago Car & Limo Service with a copy of the accident report along with a voucher for a dinner for 2. I was impressed; they are great with customer satisfaction. I will recommend every one to use Chicago Car & Limo Service

Chicago Car & Limo Service really amazes me, they are not only very good at customer service their cars are always clean on time and drivers are always uniformed and have nice personality, on every holiday I will get a nice email and a nice letter from the CEO itself, thanking me for using their service and asking me to contact him directly if I have any issues with the service. This is what I call great service, Chicago Car & Limo Service is my preferred transportation company in Chicago.

Great for business

Recommended for: business and leisure traveling. Service 5, Quality 5, Reliability 5. I want to pay special compliment to their Chicago team. Our first driver arrived promptly, and, as I was having a bow-tie "malfunction" was courteous and quickly drove me to Ralph Lauren (within 1 minute, the "malfunction". was solved). The second driver was a polite and quiet guy We leisurely drove from the Lyric to the Hilton for the Gala, sipping chilled bottle water and chatting with the driver. The car was well appointed relaxing and allowed us to unwind for the next leg of our journey. The last driver, although a tad scruffier than the others, made great accommodations in that I called Chicago Car & Limo Service and said that the event was ending earlier than anticipated (or I anticipated rather) and that I needed him to come about 45 minutes earlier. Sure enough he was there when I wanted, dispatch called me on my cell to tell me the car and plate number and we were whisked back to The James. Reliable service, great vehicles and drivers, and good chilled water when necessary. Absolutely Positively YES!

Chicago Car & Limo Service Service. The Limo was great! Many parts of planning our wedding was stressful, but from start to finish working with Chicago Car & Limo Service Service was very comfortable The owner herself was funny, really friendly, and helped us arrange a reservation despite not giving her much notice. The driver was excellent too. The night before we started getting really nervous about being late, but despite the size of the limo and the winding roads, he got us there early! After, we stopped at various places to take pictures and even though we were late getting back to the limo and he kinda got stuck backing up traffic he never acted irritated, but was always patient and friendly. We were pretty bad clients so even if being super nice is his job, that man works real hard! Also he gave us lots of recommendations and knew tons of local lore. He taught me some new stuff and I live here! Way more than expected, A+ all the way! 

Least Expensive

My family of 6 visited Chicago early September. We decided to use Chicago Car & Limo Service transfer to and from O hare airport as the cost of this was more than comparable with bus transfers for this number of people and all our luggage. I searched extensively on the internet for a company that would provide great service at a fair cost. Chicago Car & Limo Service Service was one of the least expensive providers, After receiving the original quote I sought further information which was provided by Chicago Car & Limo Service within 1 hrs each time I emailed. Our 'Super Driver' He couldn't do enough for us, from being at the airport waiting for us on our arrival, providing commentary on points of interest on both legs of our return trip, collecting us from our accommodation etc. I congratulate Chicago Car & Limo Service for the highly professional manner in which she runs his business.

Chicago Car & Limo Service Service was one of the more Lower cost providers, And , this company instilled confidence from the outset. After receiving the original quote I sought further information which was provided by A 1 Limo within 2 hrs each time I emailed. Bachelor Dream

Who could ask for anything more? A 10 person limo for $120 an hour (incl 25% tip and fuel charge) filled with booze n' beer that drives us around all night, piloted by a gentleman with great bar recommendations and willing to work a little overtime to get us home safely. A plus! The limo was a little totally clean and nice. No sunroof, but I'd say that's a good thing. The bar came fully stocked with tequila, whiskey, cokes, water bottles, and cans of beer. The driver didn't mind our shenanigans, was willing to dive that huge thing deep into the madness of Division and Rush, and it fit the full 10 of us, as promised.

I usually cab to the airport or take the el during high traffic times, but my fiancé and I decided we needed another plan when flying out on Thanksgiving morning. There's nothing quite like stressing over finding a cab at 5 am on Thanksgiving morning- no thank you. So our plan was Chicago Car & Limo Service (thanks to wonderful reviews). They usually charge $68.75 for a ride to O’Hare, but due to the holiday it was $59. Well worth it in my opinion. Our very nice driver (I consider anyone to be very nice who works at 5 am on Thanksgiving Day) was waiting for us when my sleepy fiancé and I made our way downstairs. And we were at the airport within 20 minutes. Definitely something I'd look into again if I was worried about finding a cab.
